Michael, glad your going to be OK. One of my best friends is my doctor and he scolded me last week when I visited his office and my BP was 150/95, even on my medication. I"m 47 and you have given me renewed reason to seriously monitor my BP. I went back to checking it daily last week. This morning it was 118/75. I can live with that. FYI, 120/80 is considered normal, anything over 140/90 is considered high -- no such thing as "borderline" anymore.
