Overcharging followup

300U 6v +gnd overcharging.

Took the vr cover off and found one of the two sets of points had a burr on it and shorting across.

Used an Official Voltage Regulator Points Cleaner
(you might know it as an old nail file) to lightly clean both points.

Put cover back on and started up and it now works as it should. Amps return to 0 after full charge.
