Had my H in peices a few winters ago as the previous owner was too cheap to replace the lost pipe from the air cleaner to the carb, and used it for pulling a drag, ya it was bad. Wife shook her head everytime she came out to shop to see my progress, and if I needed more beer. Even installed pistons the same day she made me get the jewels snipped (payed for that one for a week later). Other than one hell of a back fire , due to timing off 180, she ran like a fine tuned machine. It is a good feeling to take a basket case and make it run. Sooo, whats next paint or another project?
