Old Case Hydraulics

Never had to dig into the Case before. Does anyone know why my Case 1030 has no lifting power to the cylinder on the plow. It will go up and down in the freeplay to the stop but when it gets to lifting the plow it stops. It also will not stick in up or down like it should. I have to hold it fore or back. Fluid is ok. Something is stuck open or closed?
