Your charge is PERFECT! That is a 12 volt generator and voltage regulator I assume? I get around 7 to 15 between my 3 different Hs. Any more charge than that and they get fairly hot. I would remove that field wire between the field post and the bolt. You shouldn't need it. Unhook it and fire up the H and see if she is still charging OK. That NAPA part number is for GE light bulbs that replace the current 6 volt bulbs. Not a sealed beam but a bulb that works in the original H light bulb socket assembly. They are pretty bright. When the lights are on, you will show zero to maybe a slightly negative charge.
