There probably could be a forum just devoted to Utility steering problems. Check the archives, and I'm sure you will find lots of advice regarding questions such as yours.

That said, make sure everything in the steering system is well lubed and greased, from the box itself to the tierod ends. Air up the front tires, and steer only while moving.

I found out the hard and expensive way what the results of steering problems lead to on my 350U.
