Before you start it, gently run the adjustment screw in all the way, then screw it out around 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns. Start it and let it warm up to operating temp. Idle it down to approximately 450 RPMs then turn the adjustment screw very slowly both ways until it runs as best it can.
