1972 international TD8C dozer

How do you adjust the track on this dozer?. I see no grease zirks to adjust them. The only opening on the cylinder cover is a 1 inch dia. hole on the end, but no sign of any zirks. The cover is part of the frame, no way to remove it to see inside.
