HI, I HAVE A 674 INTERNATIONAL DIESEL THAT I BOUGHT BUT IT WON'T MOVE. THE PERSON I BOUGHT IT FROM TOLD ME HE HAD A CLUTCH PUT IN IT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND NOW HE THINKS IT'S GONE BAD AGAIN. THE TRACTOR HAS A FRONTEND LOADER ON IT AND WAS USED TO LOAD SOME SANDBUT THAT'S ABOUT IT. SO I SPLIT THE TRACTOR AND PULLED THE CLUTCH DOWN TO FIND THAT THE CLUTCH DISC STILL HAS PLENTY OF MEAT LEFT ON IT. IT'S ALITTLE SHINEY BUT LOOKS LIKE TO ME IT SHOULD STILL HAVE ENOUGH TO PULL. IT'S ABOUT AT LEAST 1\8 INCH OR MORE FROM THE RIVOTS. WHEN I PUT THE TRACTOR IN GEAR WITH IT SPLIT IN HALF AND TURN THE TRANSMISSION SHAFT I CAN MOVE THE TRACTOR BY TURNNING THIS SHAFT AND THE TRACTOR HAD NO NOISES IN THE TRANSMISSION WHEN I WOULD TRY TO MOVE THE TRACTOR WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING. THE TRACTOR FELT LIKE IT WOULD TRY TO MOVE BUT IT WOULDN'T. COULD I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FLYWHEEL TO CLUTCH DISC SURFACE AND PRESSURE PLATE TO FLYWHEEL SURFACE ? CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE SPECS ON THE FLYWHEEL ? MY I&T MANUAL DOES NOT HAVE ANY FLYWHEEL SPECS. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND ANY HELP SCOTTY
