Most of the problem in exhaust manifolds involves rust between bolt heads, lockwashers, & the manifold. If you have access to a torch[or brazing carbons], try heating the bolt heads to break the rust, using common sense on the amount of heat. When this fails, try to weld a nut on the bolt head & let the weld cool. Try backing the bolt/ stud out. Option #3 involves grinding/ removing the bolt heads, pulling the manifold off, & working at the remains of the bolts with no manifold to hinder you. Good luck.
