If you want a 10-20, then offer $400 and buy it. If he is firm on $500, buy it anyway! If it is in running condition, it saves a lot of money. I had to buy new rings and valves and have the head worked over...about $500. But now it starts on the first pull (usually) and runs. Enjoy your project.
