SH head question

Kind of embarrassed to ask this question because I think I know the answer but just want to check with you guys first.

I just had a super H head repaired and reinstalled it today. I got done torqueing it down and realized that the throttle linkage bracket on the carb side was hanging there waiting to be installed. I forgot to pay attention to where I removed it from and have a feeling it should have been installed on the two studs near number 3-4 cylinder.

Do I have to completely undo the head so that it gets retorqued in sequence or can I just back those two nuts off, install it and retorqe it? Or am I not even installing it in the right place.
