Dave: How much tractor and hp are you proposing to pull grader with. If 60 hp plus send me an e mail. I know where there is a good grader, controls are quite similar to the principles used on semi mounted plows. Front is controlled by 3 point and rear by remote hydraulic cylinder using wheels and axle setup much like a disk. I've run road graders some and my experience tells me anything your going to pull with less than 50 hp, isn't going to take out pot holes. It takes weight and it takes horse power.
