I would first pull the plugs and blow out the cylinders with air. That will remove loose rust and water in the cylinders. Then I would fill the cylinders with a50/50 mix of tranny fluid and turpentine and let it sit a week or so, make sure you put the plugs back in. I picked up an H a couple years ago the sat under and oak tree for 25 plus years and it was stuck and that mix got it loose. It had set there long enough that the top of the gas tank was rusted out. The thing run god now and all I did was that and worked on a couple stuck valves.
