IH 2424 year and value

Greetings!
I'm looking for some assistance determining the year and value of an International Harvester Industrial Model 2424 Serial #03023 with a 3-point and heavy duty loader.
I'm guessing mid sixties but am not sure. Thanks in advance for your response and time! Jaysen
