GC, Like all gas tractor engines, it will need an overhaul 'bout every 5,000 hours. I dunno, but I think when a tractor just "sets" it does them no good at all and would lower my value on the darned thing. However, those 656s are really in high demand. A diesel could fetch as high as $7K I've been told. A running gasser will probably be worth somewhere around the $5K mark. There is a Hydro 70 (same thing as a 656) on ebay right now that I'd just about bet my last pair of socks that it will bring $10K. Sure seems high, but they really are one heck of a good tractor.
