Why cant i get in Photo ads!

For some reason I can not get into the Photo ads. I can get as far as slectings 'tractors' then it will go to the page show it for a split second and then reload it again and again then finally come up as 'action cancelled'. Is it my new norton internet security maybe? I need to get in there and post my father in laws better than new Allis CA. He needs to make room in his shed and he's a farmall man so the orange tabby goes. I'd love it but I need something not as pretty.
