Need help determining model of tractor

Was cuuting wood other day at the inlaws getting ready for big snowstorm and ran across old tractor in trees they dont know what it is.I think it's an f-20 but not sure I found a tag on it and the number on tag is T-15217

any help would be greatly appreciated
