Sure it will.
Take your time, and a Super C will have enough power for the job, but be aware that it is a very light tractor and don't try any fancy driving on hills. We used to bale with a 300 pulling the baler and wagon, and on occasion when the 300 went down we would drop the wagon, hook the 230 to the baler, and away we would go. The 230 model is basically the same tractor as the Super C, but maybe a few more ponies.
