Sorry to have sounded the alarm, but it never hurts to be careful with these internet sites and all the identity theft going on these days.

I have it on good authority from people who know Brandon Kibe personally that he's legit, and several people have talked to him. The domain ihgascap DOT com is owned by Navistar, and Navistar does go by "International Truck and Engine Company" as evidenced by their web pages.

Everything checks out okay. I submitted requests for my Cub and H today.

The www.w3.org thing that Bermuda Ken saw was actually the name of the company that produces the web authoring software used to create the page.
