As it happens, my neighbor, "Stumpy" invented this very same cooling device several years ago. One problem is that the blades from your average ceiling fan just won't take the rotational speed of a PTO. What you really need is the propeller off a P-51 Mustang. Stumpy got to be pretty good at reaching over his shoulder and trimming the end off his seegar while plowing. One thing Stumpy would do different if he had it to do all over again is to not use this device with a trip plow.
