460 Saga continues...and question

Been trying to change out all the fluids. Some of those plugs were real tite--don't believe the PTO had ever been drained. Quite a bit of black sludge--no sign of water; plus one broken piece of a lever clip--might explain why it doesn't stop rotating... Hydraulic fluid didn't look too bad. Filter seemed to be alright. It was obviously a Napa replacement. She's a gas widefront with power steering. I got to the steering gear fill plug, but I can't for the life of me find the steering gear drain. Neither my operator's manual, nor my shop manual show it. Anyone have any ideas? I don't particularly want to suck it out with a straw....
