Jim it is a standard problem. I have replaced all the bull cage seals on my Hs. You remove the brake assembly them remove the brake drum. You will see the big seal you have to replace. If it is the original, it is a double seal and about an inch thick. The easiest way to get those out of there is to drill two 3/8 inch holes next to each other, into the seal, about an inch deep so you can then use a chisel and offset plyers to pry the seal out. It is a 30 minute job per side basically. Install TWO new seals per side. New ones are skinny assemblies.
