Farmall H Rear Wheel adjustment.

Hi All,

I posted a week or 2 ago about switching the rear wheels on my H. The rear wheels are set with the dish in, with wheels weights on the end. I'm taking it to a the tractor dealer i bought it from becasue they have loaders there to assist. My questions are: Can the wheel weight be left on the end of the wheel, and once switched will be on the inside of the axles...Is this a problem in any way? (Just out of curiosity....just in case we can't get those nuts loose on the weights) And second, How hard is it to loosen those bolts on the hubs if i'm been spaying them with PB blaster pentrating oil for the last 2 weeks?
