I doubt the rotor being a bit loose is causing your miss, as I have seen a lot of those mags with a loose rotor that run fine. You can replace the rotor, and possibly even the fiber shaft, if it's worn, too, OR you can put a little dab of silicone sealant between the rotor and the shaft. When it hardens, the play will be gone, yet the rotor could still be pulled of later, if needed, because the silicone will let go without breaking anything.
