Super H Front End Sector Gear

Guys, Finished rebuilding the front end of the SH tonight, was hoping replacing everything but the worm and sector would tighten it up...it did...a little. The sector is worn pretty good and still can't drive it safely in road gear, so the BIG question is...Since only the sector is available new will I get $200+ of improvement by replacing it...or am I better off trying to find a good used matched pair (worm and sector), and can you find such a thing anymore?
