IH 1000 Loader

I bought a loader for my 140 yesterday & I'm trying to figure out how to get it working. I ordered a operators manual from Binders Books today. Will the manual have everything I need to know? I think I will need a bypass block. I'm not sure how it connects to the front. Any help is appreciated.
