David, as soon as I started reading your post and got to "Bonnet Badges" I knew you were from UK or Australia/New Zealand. I have a B250. I will have to look at the steering wheel, when you say a two inch spline it sounds too large. The "Bonnet Badges" should be chrome "International" If you have a Case I-H dealer near you, you might be surprised at what they can still get for you. I just got a valve cover gasket for mine, took three days for them to get it. If you cannot find what you need give me a shout. Ontario Used Tractor Parts has at least 3 B250's in their inventory, I got a dashboard panel off of one, I am going to see them in the next month or so and I can find out about the "Bonnet badges" and price. What is wrong with your steering wheel? Many wheels can be repaired even if some of the hard rubber has broken away. Keep us posted, someone closer to you may have what you need , if not ping me....Mike in Exeter Ontario
