I want it made out of 1" steel so it can be recessed for both sizes of H sleeves. Thanks also to Tractor Vet for explaining the bore size markings on each cylinder. The 9 speed H that I recently bought was marked d,d,e,d, and the "e" cyl. sleeve came out with the piston without any trouble. The engine I'm getting ready to rebuild is about 20,000 serial numbers newer, and the bores are all marked "c", so it may be a little tougher. Sometime between serial #360165, and 383405 IH must have overhauled their boreing machine. This was just before the Super H, so maybe they were getting ready.
