Same thing happened to our R-crop 300. Was stuck in two gears. I got the shifting rails aligned and it would shift into all gears, but the tractor would want to stall out. Tore it down (split) the tractor. found out that a couple of teeth broken off and lodged in the transmission drife shaft & secondary sun gear. I am in the process of putting in used gears now. Good luck.
