Not a big deal to check out , there is one under the fitting on the top of the MCV where the line comes off the top nad goes over to the brake and one under the fitting on the brake valve where the line goes in . One 5/8 wrench and one 11/16th wrench is all that is needed for tools and maybe a dentist pick . One other thing that can cause this symptiom is that one of the brake adjusters is stuck and that the plates and disc's are setting wrong in the drum and it takes a bit for the hdy. fluid to force the pistion out far enough to make the brake work or the return springs are stuck . Myself i would just pop the drums off and look at what i have in there .
