All of the IH construction line was bought by Dresser. I think Dresser has now been bought by Komatsu. Check with one of these dealers and they should be able to put you in the right direction. I just did the Torque converter on a TD-20 IH crawler and all of the parts were available.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
