No. A rib implement tire is different from a "tri-rib" front tractor tire. The implement tire is not much more than a slick with some grooves in it, while a tri-rib tractor front will have one high rib in the middle and a lower rib on each edge. I find it VERY hard to believe that you can't find a tire shop that can get you a pair of tires. Don't you have any tire shops that specialize in equipment and tractor tires in your area? Ohio wasn't a vast citified megalopolis last I checked. Lots of farmland out there still... If you're desperate, there are always people trying to sell tri-rib fronts on Ebay, there's tuckertireDOTcom, wwwDOTgemplersDOTcom (just replace the DOT with a . and put it into the "Address" window in your web browser.
