I can't answer your question, but I may help in another way.
The Cub low boy ahs about 1/2 the Hp of an A. I believe there will be no success in using the blower with a 12hp tractor. ( I may be wrong) Putting a stout second engine on the blower, From a 15 hp garden tractor might work, 20hp would be better.
