Cool! That"s neat way to do the job. I will catalog that in my
brain for the future. I"m just a little bit afraid of Muriatic acid
though- I de-rusted a cast iron part one time and washed it off
and was able to see it re-rust before my eyes in the air. It
sounds like you neutralized it good. Besides, you had nothing to
lose at that point.
