I would agree with Gene and Dave on balancing that engine. It would be a waste of money. When I restored a Farmall A 30 years ago I used
a kit from my local IH dealer. I did use the
3.125" sleeve kit. It had enough power to make the new tires to slip when plowing sod. That was a 16-inch moldboard plow too. The sleeve kit
was only $80.00 back then. Hal
