They're craCKING DOWN ON DEISELS. HOW MUCH THEY CAN DO TO someone out of State I don't know. I ran an 85 with a 318 with nothing past the y-pipe for years so you could get away with it probably, depends on where you're going, if they have noise ordinances. Too many guys running pipes on deisels with jake brakes and using the jakes all the time. wouldn't happen to be NW PA would he?
