You said carb just rebuilt! You are not getting enough fuel. I went through this same problem on a "M" that wasn't running because trash/rust from the tank got to the carb. After rebuild, residue trash in the gas line (I forgot to clean out) caused the main needle in the carb to clog again, causing the tractor to run o.k. at idle and bogg down or die under high rpm or a load. Took carb apart recleaned and presto runs fine now. Also follow Wayne Swensons post to get the "sweet spot"
