Most F-20"s came out on steel wheels and lugs, and the ones on rubber tires were usually converted by cutting the spokes the right length and welding a rim onto the spokes. Some guys could realoly do a good looking job at it. On them I think it was whatever size of rims and tires that they had, thats what went on it. I have seen 36" round spoke factory wheels, and 36" cast wheels with removable rims. These were either put on by factory or dealer. Any way I think I am safe in saying that the majority of F-20s were on 36" tires.
