Mr Mayor, sounds like you're concerned with tractor being original if you want to make the washers. SH tractors didn't come with the flat washers. They used lock washers # 103320 which is the same as the washers on bolts mounting the top casting on governor if they are original. You are looking at a late printing parts book or site that has updated parts listed. IH went to flat washers on the cover in 1956. If you still want a flat washer measurement, post back and I will measure one.
