Randy, I agree with you -- other than the localized smog in the larger cities that is caused by exhaust emissions, I don't think man can do a thing to control the weather, long term or short term. If there is global warming, a hole in the ozone layer, whatever, there is not a thing we can do about it. Problem with the people that make the measurments is that there is no benchmark to compare, the records simply do not go back far enough.
