I've never had any trouble with the Wal-Mart brand of oil, from 1500 rpm tractor engines to my 6200 rpm overhead cam Hondas, to overhead cam V-8s and pushrod V-8's. Oh yeah, even have it in an old Ford flathead.

As long as the oil has that starburst symbol and proper SAE ratings it will perform just fine.
