I would take the flywheel to a machine shop to be measured. There is a specific limit on wear. We figured out why the 544 was getting jumpier toward the end of the clutch life -- the flywheel was worn so badly that the bolts holding it on were catching on the inner part of the clutch disk! Sounds like for what you are going to use it for, put the full face fiber disk in it. I would rather pay for the replacement clutch disk than what that flywheel cost us on the 544!
