Any good brand of oil is all you need. I would use a detergent type. My self I use Valvoline raceing oil in all my engines, from lown mowers to the tractors and cars/trucks. As far as plugs I have always used champs but there are other brands that will work also. If champion makes it then a lot of other brands will make one also.
