It has been my experience that most of the time IH is the best. For parts not available, I have never gone wrong with NOS. New IH and NOS do cost the most too. Used and aftermarket ( if you can't see it for yourself), buyer beware!!

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
