The tapered reamer you can use to make the extender plate is available from EICO and other tool companies. Either a reimer, or a taper sided end mill for milling draft into mold cavities. All you need is the taper in degrees and taking a clay model of the hole, cutting it in half long ways, and measuring it with a protractor will do it (take it along to get the reamer).
