I did that to a Farmall H once. It never ran right after that and it only had 70 PSI of compression with new rings and a complete head job. If it was me doing the work on my OWN tractor I would go ahead and do all four sleeves, pistons, rings. If it is for somebody else just replace the one and ship it out. Not really sure about the price or quality, but look around don't buy the first "kit" that you find. Sometimes IH dealers can offer complete rebuild kits for less than Napa/CarQuest. Just my .02 cents worth. Brad
