Either one of the other 2 guys could be right. Lets start this way. First remove the sediment bowl, open up the gas shut off, do you get a good flow of gas that way?? If so then put bowl back on and romove the line at the carb, turn gas back on, do you get a good flow?? If yes then your problem is in the carb, if no on the other 2 places your problem is in the line or tank.
