Does your 460 have a fuel shutoff solenoid? If it does, try backing it out 1/4 to 1/2 turn. There is a jamnut on the threads to hold it in adjustment . If it has a regular load jet, try backing it out a small amount. This is quicker and easier than plugs/ points work. Might narrow down between fuel and electrical problems.
