I have one that was re-branded by IHC and is listed in most of the '50s parts book. It has a large rubber vibration dampner. I found the meter new on the parts shelf of a local dealer. It is activated by a pressure switch from an engine oil gallery.

I seem to recall that it was made by Hobbs. I have only seen one other and it was in bad shape on a junked tractor.

I would call the Hobbs factory and request names for repair shops or dealers. You could also look in the repair listings of Hemmings Motor News. I am sure that both have websites.
